Green Smoothie



 


Smooth out the Greens!!
 

 
So it's getting warmer and the girls and I thought of sharing one of our favorite Summer drinks! Frankly, you can have it all year around if you want... I just think it tastes better in late Spring and Summer!!!
 
This recipe is very simple to follow and the result is sure to give you a boost of vitamins, minerals, and a powerhouse of energy and antioxidants! All you'll need to make this "salad in a jar" is one of the combinations of fruits of vegetables listed below.
 
For an approximate amount of 16 oz. of Green Smoothie, you’ll need ½ cup milk, ¼ cup  berries, ¼ cup nuts, other fruits and 2oz. greens

Procedure: Easy as 1: Wash,    2: Peel (fruits that need peeling),  
                               3: Blend in a blender
