Oatmeal (old fashioned): Oatmeal is saturated with fiber, which has
been shown to reduce bad
cholesterol in the
body.
Beans: These legumes are not only a high source of protein, but
also vitamins and minerals such K and B vitamins and magnesium for heart
health.
