Get Ginger

Have you ever wondered how you can change things up with your food? I get many questions about what to do in order to make fresh food more palatable without the excessive use of calorie saturated sauces, gravies, salt, sugar or other condiments. Now, spoken by a foodie with some culinary skills (not a chef in the proper sense of the word), play around with herbs and spices, plain and simple! You’ll be amazed how little sauce, salt or sugar you will need to add to your delicious creations.  Today, Get Ginger! With its energizing, invigorating, and vitalizing aroma, ginger is a versatile ingredient that when used in the right portion, can be incorporated into many dishes and beverages. What you need, is a little creativity.
